CARE-2 Screening Tool

The CARE-2 Screening tool is the shortened version of the full CARE-2 Assessment. It has been researched and standardized and it is intended to be used by teachers, social workers, police officers, juvenile services workers, and social service workers to identify youth at high risk to harm others and who are in need of services to reduce that risk.  This is important because those who are at higher risk for violence need specific risk reduction plans to reduce risk and harm to others.  This app is not intended to stigmatized youth but to find services to help them build skills and be successful at home, school, and the community.
